If emails are not being delivered from the Project Portal installation, try the following test on the server and see diagnostic messages in the email server log files. Place your own email address in the To field below.
/usr/sbin/sendmail –t
To: user@company.com
Subject: send test
From: support@company.com This is a test.

Check that DNS lookup is properly configured with the following command:
